A 2-day conference on the campus of Millikin University bringing together people who do it, get it, and aren’t afraid to share it. This event will feature panels by Martin Atkins (Invisible Records, Tour:Smart), Roy Elkins (Broadjam, Between the Waves), and many more artists, promoters, venues, and others from throughout the central Illinois area and beyond.
